Prices and Delivery

Payment Methods

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards, PayPal and cheque. If paying by cheque please include a copy of your order with your payment, and make cheques payable to Paul Norman Plastics Ltd.
Schools: On completion of your first pre-paid order you can select the invoice option on checkout.
Trade: Retailers need to complete a trade account form to set up an account and can then select the invoice option on checkout.


The prices quoted include VAT at the current rate apart from where stated. VAT is chargeable on all orders within the European Union, and a VAT receipt will be sent out with your order. For orders outside of the EU, the VAT will be deducted from the cost of the goods only if the destination country is correctly selected, therefore if you are ordering from the Channel Islands you must select this and not the United Kingdom. Please note that countries outside of the EU may be subject to import duty. This is not included in our prices and ifs the responsibility of the customer to pay for this on receipt of goods. From time to time prices are updated. We reserve the right to change the prices without prior notice.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are based on order weight and destination and are calculated on checkout. There is only one carriage charge per order. If you have any queries then please email us before placing your order.

Delivery lead Time

If the item(s) are in stock we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days, if the item is out of stock please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If this is the case we will inform you of an approximate delivery date. Larger orders are despatched by carrier and require a signature on receipt, therefore you may wish to indicate an alternative delivery address such as your work address, friend or neighbour should you not be unable to receive the goods. Single gum shields and single packs of 10 are usually sent out by Royal Mail.

Items sent out by Royal Mail will be subject to their recent change in services, terms and conditions.  Royal Mail will now leave parcels with a neighbour where possible if you are not home to accept delivery. If this is done a card will be left so you know where to collect the parcel from. Full Details on the 'Delivery to Neighbour' service can be found on the Royal Mail website here

Returns & Refunds

We trust that you will be delighted with your purchase, however if for any reason you wish to return any items, please email us with details of the items you wish to return and a reason within 28 days of receipt. The goods being returned must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. On receipt of the goods a refund will be given less carriage costs.

Unless the goods are faulty or have been sent in error, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned to us in a resalable condition. We are unable to accept responsibility for goods lost in transit; therefore we recommend that you obtain insurance as proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

If the goods are faulty or damaged on receipt please ensure that we are informed straight away, preferably within 24 hours. The goods will either be replaced or a full refund offered.


If for any reason you wish to cancel you order, please email us at, or telephone us on 01453 833388. If the goods have already been despatched it is your responsibility to ensure that they are returned in a resalable condition. On receipt of the goods a full refund will be given less carriage costs.
